You’re an inside sales professional with a perfect combination of energy, humor, compassion, and competitiveness. You should be a person that loves to engage in conversation and doesn’t believe in lost opportunities. Your enthusiasm should extend into your daily tasks, but also play a key role in offering ideas and strategies that align with the sales team's goals. You’re extremely organized and are able to multi-task efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be a visionary who is motivated to make the most out of the resources available and is committed to growing an exciting career in sales. Cold-calling or prospecting experience is preferred, but not required. You’re an A-player and you enjoy working with other A-players.
As a member of the Direct sales team, you’ll be responsible for presenting our private and online lessons program to new prospective students who request information via our website or inbound phone inquiry. You must be comfortable making a high volume of calls per day to unclosed leads, with a keen focus on accurate record-keeping via Salesforce.
A highly visible and important function of the role will be to recommend and execute strategy that improves conversion rates at every step of the sales funnel--especially close rates and key “upsell” benchmarks.
