We’ve taught over 30,000 students across 4 cities, and currently serve all 50 states with our online platform. Your enthusiasm should extend into your daily tasks, but also play a key role in offering ideas and strategies that align with the sales team's goals.
The ideal candidate will be a visionary who is motivated to make the most out of the resources available and is committed to growing an exciting career in sales. Cold-calling or prospecting experience is preferred, but not required.
As a member of the Direct sales team, you’ll be responsible for presenting our group course program to new prospective students who request information via our website or through an inbound phone inquiry. You must be comfortable making a high volume of calls per day to unclosed leads, with a keen focus on accurate record-keeping using Salesforce.
A highly visible and important function of the role will be to recommend and execute strategy that improves conversion rates at every step of the sales funnel--especially close rates and key “upsell” benchmarks.
