We are looking for a fresh-thinking Operations and Customer Service Assistant who is proactive, passionate and eager to dive into new learning experiences.
Your enthusiasm should extend into your daily tasks, but also play a key role in offering ideas and strategies that align with the operations teams goals to provide a best-in-class experience for our students and rock star teachers.

The ideal candidate will be a resourceful and outgoing self-starter who is motivated to make the most out of the resources available to them during their internship at Fluent City.
Basic experience in a communications and customer service setting
Familiarity working with spreadsheets
Ability to work side-by-side with our student success team to provide support with operational procedures and student communications
Full comprehension of Google Drive, Slack, Gmail and Microsoft Office (Freshdesk is a big +)
Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
Schedule and Pay: $12/hour (part-time - mainly afternoons, some weekend and/or evening coverage)
Based in our NYC headquarters in Williamsburg
